Doug Milford

Doug Milford is a founding Partner of Support Cloud. He has more than 30 years of hands-on technical and consulting experience. He started his career selling Macintosh Computers. He later served on the team that rolled out BudNet—the wholesaler communication network for Anheuser-Busch. Milford served as a technology consultant for one of St. Louis’ larger private accounting firms where he was responsible for the strategic planning, implementation and support of technology solutions for the firm’s external clients. In 2000, Milford worked for the Office of Special Counsel in St. Louis as the chief technology consultant. For the past 20 years, Milford has provided technology support and consulting to clients in the legal, medical, construction and private business sectors.
Doug earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
Mark Counts
Partner
Mark Counts is a founding Partner of Support Cloud. He has more than 24 years of hands-on technical and consulting experience. As director of information technology for one of St. Louis’ largest accounting firms, Counts was responsible for strategic planning as well as implementation and support of technology solutions for internal and external clients. Counts also served as Director of Technology for Infosys and MDI Technologies where he was responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and deployment of technology resources. Counts also served as a Vice President of a regional bank.
Mark earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
